Cross River Rail Delivery Authority

Cross River Rail is a new 10.2 km rail line with 5.9 km of twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and CBD and four new underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street. The Cross River Rail project unlocks this bottleneck by delivering a second river crossing, allowing more trains to run more often and integrating with new roads and new bus services to enable a turn-up-and-go public transport system across the whole of South East Queensland.

Key Achievements

Delivered comprehensive Project Management Plans (PMP) for the key work packages. Supported the implementation of a Quarterly Review Framework. Enhanced project governance through implementation of a reporting framework. Successfully coordinated a clean-up and migration to a supported version of Oracle Primavera P6.
