Development of a Project Management Framework for Pastoral Care Services in Queensland, including a business case review of existing service delivery, stakeholder mapping, contract arrangements analysis, financial analysis, model evaluation, surveys and interviews. Development of a Change Management Plan including a program implementation schedule to rollout the framework.
