$741m Resilient Homes Fund to help Queensland across 39 local government areas whose homes were impacted by the 2021-2022 floods. Fund includes the Resilient Retrofit program, the Home Raising program and the Industry and Community Education program.

Key Achievements
Supported the establishment of the Resilient Homes Fund in Queensland and led the development of the industry and community education program. Further, we were co-recipients of the 2023 Resilient Australia Government Award for our contribution to improving communities' resilience to disaster through our governance, communications, engagement and program planning work with the DEPW.

The Resilient Homes Fund program is the first household resilience program of its kind to ever be offered in Australia and has the potential to change Queenslanders’ lives and the region’s resilience to flooding.
