Delivered effective change management to implement a new information security management system (over 600 enhancements) across 36 sites, involving more than 400 staff members within a three-month period.

Broad organisational acceptance across Are-able (previously WDEA Works) of the new RFFR certified information security management system will ensure Are-able can continue to secure program funding and deliver upon its purpose of creating more opportunities for inclusiveness in more communities.
